Why did we choose it?

Colombia Giraldo Exotic coffee is grown in the Gilardo mountain area 95 km away. west of Antioquia. Farmers there work on relatively small plots of land, between 1 and 1.5 hectares, and pride themselves on the quality of their coffee, which is a result not only of quality-oriented practices but also of the very high altitude. This high altitude is also sealed in the name of the group – Café Exótico de Altura or translated “Exotic Coffee from High Altitude”, which is a division of the Cooperative of Coffee Farmers of Western Antioquia. Usually the lots coming from this area are in small quantities.
