If you brew the coffee by using the filtration V60 method, you will enjoy the soft and balanced taste of mango, banana, mint and ice cream. If you prefer a strong and intense taste, then we recommend to make an espresso or stove top.
Where does coffee beans Honduras Caballero come from?
Honduras Caballero coffee is growing at the Finca El Puente farm. It is located in Chinacla, near the famous Marcala coffee district. Finca El Puente is the family farm of Marisabel Caballero, a fourth generation coffee farmer, and her husband Moises Herrera. They got married in 1996 and have been growing coffee together ever since. They take care of their coffee like two lovers take care of their child.
