Where does it come from?
Coffee beans Nicaragua Bio Swiss Water Decaf is produced by the small farmer cooperative San Juan del Rio, where quality is paramount. Swiss water is a patented method of removing caffeine from coffee. Only water is used to remove 99.9% of the caffeine content of the coffee.

It is distinguished by its complex taste – sweetness and acidity, which complement each other. The Katura variety includes well-expressed acidity, citrus notes. It has a light to medium body.
