Where does it come from?

Coffee beans Nicaragua Bio Swiss Water Decaf is produced by the small farmer cooperative San Juan del Rio, where quality is paramount. Swiss water is a patented method of removing caffeine from coffee. Only water is used to remove 99.9% of the caffeine content of the coffee.

Coffee beans Nicaragua Bio Swiss Water Decaf is of the Catuai and Katura varieties. The name literally means “very good”. Catuaicoffee is known for its high quality. It is distinguished by its complex taste – sweetness and acidity, which complement each other. The Katura variety includes well-expressed acidity, citrus notes. It has a light to medium body.
