Where does it come from: Specialty Ethiopia Karamo Anaerobic coffee is grown in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. This is one of the most famous and important coffee producing areas in Ethiopia. The region is characterized by high mountains, rich volcanic soils and abundant rainfall – factors that contribute to the coffee’s unique flavor and aroma. The coffees grown in the Sidamа region are some of the most coveted and appreciated by coffee lovers around the world. |
