Why we chose it
The choice is not accidental – every return of our coffee hunter to the coffee`s homeland – Ethiopia, is filled with new aromas and flavors that reveal the rich cultural heritage that this exceptional region has to offer. The combination of different notes in one whole reveals a variety of choices for every taste. To guarantee exceptional coffee quality, farmers in the region invest tireless and constant effort in cultivating and processing the coffee. Each coffee bean is carefully harvested and processed by hand to ensure its ripening. During fermentation, the process is monitored under the watchful eye of the farmers as coffee cherries are periodically turned to ensure even drying. |

Where it comes from Grown under the sunny rays of the Ethiopian sun, ETHIOPIA coffee carries the spirit and richness of its homeland. It comes from the Yirgacheffe region, located in the southern part of Ethiopia, in the Gedeo region. It is situated at high altitudes ranging from 1,700 to 2,200 meters, which is crucial for achieving a complex taste profile and delicate acidity of the coffee. The moderate wet climate, as well as the fertile soils, create the necessary optimal conditions for the cultivation of coffee plants. Coffee is a primary source of income for the population in the region and plays a significant role in the local economy. The production of high-quality coffee also contributes to sustainable development and environmental conservation. |
